Welcome To Our Campground
Baxter Lake Recreation Area is a privately-owned campground located on the shores of Baxter Lake, a 302 acre water body located in scenic Rochester and Farmington, NH. The lake is classified as a warm water fishery, with observed species including smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, chain pickerel, and bluegill. Baxter Lake is also a renowned destination for recreational water sports including, swimming, boating, tubing, jet skiing, canoeing, and kayaking.
a. Tim Proctor our Treasurer has resign, Kevin Yeaton is filling in until a new Board
is elected. Scot Chambers being the 4th person from last election has been moved to a
position on the Board. Do not vote for Scot in this coming election.
b. Open house at the well house Saturday September 5 from 3:30 to 5:00
so the members can see the new water system.

Please do not drink and drive when using a golf cart or ATV when driving around the Association property. Help us all
to prevent an accident and injuries, as well as setting a good example for the younger members of the Association, by
showing them that drinking and driving do not mix well.
Our roads have improved and it is now very easy to exceed the speed limit (by a lot), like 20 , 25 mph
The speed limit is 5 mph – everyone please obey
No parking on the roadways except in areas designated by B.O.D.
All roadways must remain accessible to emergency vehicles at all times.
Common sense is a flower that doesn’t grow in everyone’s garden. (-:
