Paul Carter, Treasurer of BLRAA would like to announce the formation of a Capital Sub-Committee. Committee members, in addition to Paul Carter, include Norma Savoley, Tom Page, Renee King and Bob Whicher. The goal of the committee is to create a capital improvement plan to maintain existing assets with upgrade or replacement plans and also to identify new projects. The committee will be speaking to BLRAA members, meeting monthly to discuss ideas and work up plans and will keep the association updated and informed. We hope that you will support our efforts as we believe the formation of this committee will be beneficial to the future of BLRAA.

The Capital Team Wants To Hear From You

1. Help us identify the projects you feel are in need to improve our camp ground.

2. What current structures need upgrading or will need long term maintenance?

3. What new projects would you like to see implemented over the next several years?

4. What are the improvements you would like to see?

If you have an idea or concern to any of these questions then we would like to hear your feedback. The Capital Team needs everyone’s ideas to develop the best plan possible for the camp ground.

The goal of the Team is to develop a plan that maintains existing assets and identifies new projects for association member approval.
